good morning! what a week so far. This was definitely th first day in about 2 weeks that i woke up less than 6 hours prior to happily slumbering the day away. so i woke up, took my shower, threw on some designer jeans and H+M shirt, zipped up my fly and it was time for the email. . .

anywaya, i hav a lot to mull over, or at least last night i was pensive and slihtly depresed while listening to The Blow remixes last night. Today is my 19th birthday, and the las year has been totally grand, but I'm bitterly anoyed at the amount of stupid things i have not really pushed myself to do. Birthdays = realy lousy self evaluation. there's a lot swimming around in my crown right now i guess. . . i just got backs from san- town for spring break. . .the good times continue on today i hope :)

my parents sent me a tuition check and i got a lovely letter from my friend Krys, who was my goddam adorable locker partner in high school!!

there's another battle: blogging is really dumb. so i am going to hnce forth do something interesting everyday. . .there will be inspiration day, rainbow day, sexy day, maybe research a scientist day. . . it just seems silly to broadcast yourself and outlet through the internet monster rsponsible for stealing identity, molesting kids, lots of scary stuff. i guess other bloggers are braver than me! it also seems detrimental to doing art projects or my other outlet commitments that involve getting messy and/or sitting on a roof or something. i just have skepticism, totally healthy :) there's certainly a skill involved in blogging too. . .or at least to not sound so goddam pretentious anyway

i don't hav a real plan today at all, i have to make it to 3 classes, today is the first day of a whol new quarter. . .

I am taking the last class in an arabic series (woo!) i am freakin out man! last quarter the class pretty much incinerated my social life, and there was a video project i totally spent like 20 hours on and did mediocre on. . .sigh

then chem 122. . .and a cinema class. . .a gem of a quarter!!

as long as today is sunny and i can walk somewhere i think i am good, i see an iced mocha sometime soon!!!

*what i did today:
    noon: woke up on amy's rainbow bright vintage sheets and punched kenny's face
    1: walked from amy's house to downtown
       * this is kenny's best friend from tri-cities, and the reason we are in cali? i'm just tagging along because if i went back to seattle for spring break i would persih at my parent's house and probably bake bread and sleep 15 hours a day.
    2: hello san francisco!! i got off my second subway voyage and went for the department stores
    3: (finally) found H + M and happily bought a skirt, blouse, scarf and something for my sister (whenever she goes someplace she ALWAYS brings me back something from harold and maudes)
    6: found my way back to oakland and have been fooling around since.
